Scenic’s FAQ and Help Centre serve as the primary support
resource for users seeking guidance on app usage,
troubleshooting, account management, safety, and platform
policies. This document defines how the FAQ is structured,
updated, and managed to ensure consistency, transparency, and
helpfulness across all user-facing knowledge assets.
We
aim to foster self-service support that is accessible,
intuitive, and grounded in Scenic’s commitment to user trust,
clarity, and cultural inclusivity, especially across
multilingual audiences, with emphasis on Chinese and English
content parity.
User-Focused: Every answer addresses real user
concerns in a tone that is informative, friendly, and
judgment-free.
Accurate & Current:
FAQ entries are based on the latest app capabilities, policies,
and legal frameworks.
Accessible Language: We avoid legal or technical jargon unless necessary and
provide examples or visuals when helpful.
Multilingual Support: Core entries will be maintained in both Simplified Chinese
and English, with localised examples where applicable.
Users can suggest additions, corrections, or report bugs
directly in the app from Help > Report a bug, or by emailing
support@scenicnav.com
All submissions are reviewed based on:
- Relevance to general users
- Accuracy of the
suggestion
- Whether the issue is temporary or systemic
If
a suggested question is approved, the editorial team will
rewrite the entry in Scenic’s tone of voice, confirm
translations, and assign it to a category.

- The FAQ is reviewed quarterly or immediately following major
app updates.
- Obsolete answers are flagged and
archived.
- Entries referencing third-party integrations or
features (e.g. route privacy levels, monetisation tools) are
updated in coordination with the product and legal teams.
Every
answer includes a “Last Reviewed” timestamp for transparency.
